SCOPE: Building on our work with U+I PLC in the UK, we were appointed in 2020 to advise on the planning for a unique, canal-side build-to-rent community in Dublin’s City Centre, enhancing this regeneration development opportunity with high-quality amenity space in a sought-after neighbourhood.

• Weekly design meetings with the architect to finesse the scheme design, site layout, and phasing strategy

CLIENT: Ronan Group Real Estate

SCOPE: This development represents Ronan Group’s first foray into the build-to-rent sector. They engaged us to provide development consultancy to enhance and create a best-in-class purpose-built build-to-rent development in Dublin Docklands throughout all stages of the design with a particular focus on the resident experience.

• Advice on layout for management operations
• Recommendations on scale and layout of resident amenities
• Management reports for SHD application (both residential and shared living)
• Detailed market research and consultancy reporting for equity investors to support the investment case for purpose-built rental accommodation in the Docklands
• Hosting of regular workshops with the project team throughout the entire design and procurement process
• Analysis and review of specification for all elements of the build to enhance value in procurement and ongoing operation

CLIENT: Hines

SCOPE: We were engaged to advise on the opportunity for a best-in-class build-to-rent community situated in Dublin City with a specific focus on the co-living (shared living) element of the community.

CLIENT: Enfield Council

SCOPE: The Enfield Council appointed us to advise them on a buil-to-rent redevelopment strategy for an occupied site in South Enfield.
