Our Strategy

Our development strategy targets primarily the London commuter-belt areas, as well as key regional cities, including Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, Bristol, and Dublin. We seek larger residential schemes of 300-600 units to optimise operating margins and returns and to enhance the resident experience through modern amenities and finishes. Looking ahead, we are focused on expansion opportunities throughout the UK and Ireland, and we seek partners who share our vision for transforming the build-to-rent living experience.
