We have a commitment to better living – not only for our residents, associates, and investors, but also for the local neighbourhoods and communities where we live. That’s why we give every associate one day of paid time off to volunteer with a charity close to their heart in addition to our annual company-wide giving event, Cortland Commitment Day. We also partner with a number of local charities in each of our markets.
