SCOPE: This development represents Ronan Group’s first foray into the build-to-rent sector. They engaged us to provide development consultancy to enhance and create a best-in-class purpose-built build-to-rent development in Dublin Docklands throughout all stages of the design with a particular focus on the resident experience.

- Recommendations on scale and layout of resident amenities
- Management reports for SHD application (both residential and shared living)
- Detailed market research and consultancy reporting for equity investors to support the investment case for purpose-built rental accommodation in the Docklands
- Hosting of regular workshops with the project team throughout the entire design and procurement process
- Analysis and review of specification for all elements of the build to enhance value in procurement and ongoing operation
