Cortland Announces New Head of Business Development in the UK
LONDON (AUG. 2023) – Build-to-Rent (BTR) real estate investment, development, and management company Cortland is pleased to announce Jo Green has joined its UK team as Head of Business Development.
During her career, Jo has gained substantial expertise as a real estate leader and has an impressive track record in strategic sales and business development. The new hire adds to Cortland’s senior team and is a sign of the company’s commitment to improving the rental experience in the UK.
Prior to joining Cortland, Jo led new business functions for a range of organisations across the property sector. Most recently, she headed up the business development function at Home Made, helping them establish their position as the single largest provider of lets to the UK’s Build-to-Rent sector, marketing tens of thousands of BTR properties. In her new role, she will be responsible for the strategic growth of Cortland’s third-party management portfolio.
