Harrison Street and Cortland JV to develop Brum BTR scheme
The Cortland Broad Street scheme, which Cortland is undertaking with senior debt funding from AllianceBernstein, will comprise a 35-storey tower and a low-rise, six-storey apartment block offering 440 one- and two-bedroom apartments.
The scheme, which is expected to be completed in early 2024, will also include more than 12,000 sq ft of amenity space, encompassing a gym, cinema room, co-working space, resident lounges, private dining area, bouldering wall and roof terrace.
